Our old friends at EMI London had a root about at the back of the cupboard and have come up with a collection of live tracks that span the period 1985 to 1991. All of the songs have been released previously as b-sides, extra tracks or the limited edition "bootlegged" bootleg 12"s (released with the early EMI singles) but many of them have not been on CD before.

The album comes packaged in special box and all the tracks have been re-mastered by Peter Men at Abbey Road. We think it sounds great. Good job Peter!

YOUNG, GIFTED AND SKINT – Recorded in Lyon, France on 9th October 1985. Originally released with BRAVE NEW WORLD

NO MANS LAND – Try as we might we cannot find out for definite where these three were recorded, but we believe it to be at the Town and Country Club (now The Forum), in London, in November 1985. They were all originally released with 51^ST STATE

MY COUNTRY – Recorded at Coventry Poly on October 9^th 1986. Originally released with POISON STREET

ALL OF THIS – Recorded at The Ritz in New York on Dec 5^th 1986. Originally released with POISON STREET

THE HUNT – All three recorded at Nottingham Rock City on 20^th April 1987. Originally released as part of Capital Records mini-album.

125 MPH – Recorded at Town and Country Club, London on 21^st Feb 1989. Originally b-side to GREEN & GREY

AMBITION – Both recorded on the Impurity tour 1990 and mixed along with RAW MELODY MEN. Originally extra tracks on SPACE

BETCHA – Recorded at Bonn Biskuithalle on October 5^th 1988 as part of WDR `Rocknacht’. Originally found its way onto STUPID QUESTIONS.

We are assured that the album is to get a Europe wide release. At present we have no news about the rest of the world but we will keep you posted.

As stated above there is nothing on this album that has not been previously available - however all of the reproductions here are vast improvements on their original releases and stand the test of time very well.
